We are expanding and looking for a full-time System Support Specialists to join our team. We are a growing, fast-paced technology service and product provider ranked as one of the top providers in our service area.
Position Insights
To provide front line help desk support. As the first-level support tech the Computer Support Specialist is responsible for responding to, triage, and resolving or escalating customer IT issues. These responsibilities include supporting Microsoft core business applications, virtual environments, firewalls, and networking. An associate degree or minimum of 5 years related experience is required. Strong interpersonal, problem solving, and time management skills. Must be self-motivated, process driven, highly customer focused, and have a strong desire to continuously improve at a personal and professional level.
Wage Range: $20 per hour minimum *may be more based on experience.
