*** This is a Remote + Travel opportunity. Travel to our clients across the Greater Chicago area and out of state is required. ***

We are looking for a dynamic IT Systems Network Administrator (Engineer) with both Microsoft systems administration and general networking skills. As a System Network Administrator / Engineer, you will:

• Join our elite Professional Services team;
• Establish, Maintain, and Provide the engineering direction needed to connect and configure Microsoft servers on enterprise networks for these clients; and
• Travel to client sites within the Greater Chicago area as well as to other states.
• Support all of Prescient's clients both remotely and on site;

Systems Network Administrator Responsibilities

• Supports the operational and engineering functions of clients;
• Prepares operational and technical documentation; and
• Integrates new MTS clients;
• Evaluates client-generated requirements and works with them to ensure the implementation meets their needs;
• Performs other duties and assists with special projects as needed.
• Works with internal and client's technicians and engineering groups to troubleshoot and resolve issues as required;

Systems Network Administrator Requirements

• Technical expertise, including proficiency in Microsoft Server operating systems, Office365, Active Directory and mastery of Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems;
• Knowledge of system security;
• Willing to travel to client sites throughout the Greater Chicago area as well as out of state.
• Proficient with networking; and
