Seeking a highly skilled QA Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in ETL/Data Migration testing in Cloud ecosystem and will be proficient in Python and SQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test plans and test cases, identifying defects and reporting them to the development team, and ensuring the quality of the data in our databases.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans and test cases for ETL/Data Migration to cloud ecosystem.
Identify, analyze and report defects found during testing.
Collaborate with the development team to resolve defects.
Validate and verify data accuracy and completeness.
Create and maintain test scripts in Python.
Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from databases.
Participate in project planning and estimation.
Write and maintain technical documentation.
Communicate effectively with the team, stakeholders, and customers.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in ETL/Data Migration, Data Lake and Data warehousing Testing.
3+ years of experience Working in Cloud ecosystem (Azure preferably, AWS).
Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data integration, and data warehousing.
Experience in SQL, Python (PySpark preferably).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
