Your New Role:

Join this business services organization based in Nebraska as the Head of Procurement and Chief Procurement Officer. You will lead and assess enterprise-wide spend including category management, spend data management, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and overall procurement process ownership. With your strong leadership and procurement knowledge and skills, you will have a profound impact on determining best practices for driving the company's financial and business transformation.

Your Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with MBA or advanced certification (e.g., MBA, CPM, CPSM, CPSC, PMP) preferred
• Experience with both direct and indirect procurement
• Executive Gravitas, proactive, curious, analytical, strategic, confident, and humble
• 10 years of progressive experience in Sourcing, Category Management, Supply Chain, and Finance
• Proven track record of managing Procurement in a large and complex organization
