Job Description
Lombardi Family Concepts is eager to welcome passionate leaders to apply for our Sushi Chef position at our newest concept coming soon to the Lombardi Family.

As the Sushi Chef at Maison Chinoise, you'll take complete responsibility for every sushi plate that gets served and the overall direction of the menu. You'll be expected to innovate and iterate on the menu to provide creative, quality food while meeting profit goals.

What you'll do in this role:
  • Learn and perfect your sushi techniques under the guidance of our skilled Chef team
  • Acquaint yourself with our menu, current specials, and Asian cuisine.
  • Learn our various sushi stations and progress as your knowledge and skills grows
  • Understand proper handling and waste reduction of product
  • Interact with guests at the sushi bar; take orders, explain dishes, and cultivate an amazing experience for yourself and the guest
  • Collaborate with our teams to create dishes that will be showcased on our specials page and core menu!
