Description

Surgical Technologist at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center in Oregon City, OR. This is a full-time position that will work 10-hour shifts.

$8,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. In addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.

Works closely with all members of the surgical team to provide direct patient care in an effort to optimize positive surgical outcomes. Assists the surgeon and surgical team during the procedure by providing the appropriate sutures, supplies, instruments and equipment. Maintains proper sterile technique during the procedure.

Required qualifications:

  • Completion of a surgical technologist program accredited by a national accreditation organization AND holds a current surgical technologist certification issued by a nationally accredited certifying organization for surgical technologists, both approved by the Oregon Health Authority
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
