  • POSITION SUMMARY
      Functions in scrub role and as assistant to surgeon during surgical procedures. The surgical technologist may be assigned other functions as deemed necessary.
  • EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:
      Minimum Required:
      • Graduate of an approved program in Surgical Technology, and certified as a Surgical Technician.
      • BLS certification; recertification required annually.
      • Must be competent to perform in all areas of surgical services.
      Preferred:
      • Same
  • BLS certification; recertification required annually.
  • Must be competent to perform in all areas of surgical services.

  • Graduate of an approved program in Surgical Technology, and certified as a Surgical Technician.
