We are seeking clinical staff to join our roster of support group facilitators.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Support Group Facilitator – Per Diem

HopeWell maintains a pool of per diem clinical staff who can take on facilitation of new support groups as they are added and/or provide coverage for current groups.

This position may involve both remote and on-site work.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

·Facilitates assigned support group(s) - ensuring inclusion, engagement, and mutual support

·Periodically facilitates other special programs, workshops, or series

·Embodies and models HopeWell’s values, philosophy, and culture

·Attends clinical team meetings according to policy

·Participates in any mandatory staff training or meetings

·Flexible, nontraditional hours; seeking evening/weekend availability in particular.

QUALIFICATIONS

·Maryland licensure as LCSW-C Social Worker, PhD Psychologist, LCPC Counselor, or similar

·Group experience and experience working with diverse populations strongly preferred

·Keen cultural sensitivity, Strong communication skills, Excellent interpersonal skills
