This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work. Job Summary


The Supply Management Lead acts as the SPOC and subject matter expert for the 3PL Logistics Control Tower project and project lead on other strategic supply chain initiatives. This individual will be the liaison between the 3PL Control Tower team and the H-D supply chain team. It will be responsible for the design, planning, execution, and implementation of the project. This includes soliciting feedback from stakeholders in multiple business units in OE production, Parts & Accessories, and Apparel and Licensing and developing and delivering business requirements to the project team to meet timelines, budget, and scope. Once in production, this individual will have ownership of overall program management and long-term sustainment. The individual’s depth of knowledge in logistics and experience in supply management will provide the foundation to lead as an SME from project design through implementation. This role will also focus on the continuous improvement process, analytics, and reporting to ensure internal and external stakeholders have access to standardized Key Performance Indicators, performance tracking, and relevant data.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support team members to ensure positive outcomes and drive decisions with data analytics, building analytics where necessary.
  • Work with Project and Program management to support and guide the greater team to achieve project deliverables.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and implement distribution network design improvements to meet current and future sales channel requirements.
  • Leverage formal change management steps to ensure a sustainable process is deployed.
  • Collaborate with peers, drive resolution of conflicts, issues, and risks, and build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders using clear communication and feedback to ensure the project meets customer and business requirements.
  • Develop, report, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) in a manner that is consistent across the company to ensure the success of new processes.


Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Experience Requirements

  • Effective communication, collaboration, leadership, coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or related discipline is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, MS Project, etc.)
  • Experience with parts and aftermarket sales/planning is a plus
  • Experience building Power Automate, Qlik Sense, Power BI or Tableau dashboards/automations is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize competing tasks effectively for the best outcomes
  • Familiarity with EDI data preferred
  • Exposure to formal project management, leading high-level projects, reporting out to key stakeholders, influencing leadership, and holding team members accountable to commitments
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience in supply management/logistics
  • Experience and knowledge of ERP systems and exception management (SAP preferred)

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
