Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist (focus on Buying and Implementation)

Location: Dexter (South Lake Union, 98109). Hybrid: 4 days on site, 1 day remote

Contract Length: 9 months, possibility for extension

BR: $46

PR: $27-28


A life science/pharmaceutical client in South Lake Union is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist with a background in buying and Oracle implementation. The company is currently in the midst of implementing Oracle ERP systems with a go-live date coming up in August, thus the first 2 months of the contract will be heavily focused on system implementation. After the go-live date, the position will be focused on buying (direct and indirect spend) and master data management responsibilities. This role will help create and rewrite SOPs (standard operating procedures) and instruct work direction and materials on the site-level.


Must Haves:

• Oracle Experience

• ERP implementation experience (Oracle highly preferred, SAP could potentially work)

• Direct and indirect spend buying experience'

• Master data management experience

• Materials management experience

• Ability to jump in and help with implementation immediately. Team does not have bandwidth to spend time doing heavy training.

• 3+ years of supply chain experience (Open to resumes with more/less experience to present for varying BRs)
