Job Description

Supply Chain Manager


Summary:

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing all material transactions, raw material demand planning, production scheduling as well as inventory accuracy.


Supply Chain Manager Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the MRP System in terms of regular revisions and as necessary updating of material planning parameters in line with the business dynamics
  • Manage and lead projects to implement systems and processes across the organization to improve operational performance
  • Develop and implement appropriate inventory strategies to optimize overall inventory requirements, while meeting target on time customer delivery performance (OTIF)
  • Manage and lead the Supply Chain group consisting of raw material planning, inventory control, production scheduling and logistics functions


Supply Chain Manager Requirements:

  • Management Experience of at least 3 years
  • Excellent ERP system skills with mandatory strong SAP background as Key- or Power-User
  • Minimum experience of 5-10 years in Supply Chain Management, preferably in the chemical industry
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, or related
