Job Description
Cubex® provides a cloud-hosted, automated inventory management system integrated into Smart Inventory Cabinets — dispensing cabinets designed for the veterinary market. Cubex improves clinical efficiency, inventory accuracy, and streamlines order management, improving profitability for veterinary providers.


Position Title: Supply Chain Assistant


Department: Supply Chain, Shared Services


Reports to: Logistics Coordinator


Persons reporting to this position (Classification): N/A

Overall Responsibility:


The Cubex Supply Chain Assistant participates in ensuring the overall success of the company mission, by ensuring the following:


  • Implement best standards in supply chain activities
  • Check, inspect, and manage material returns from customers and vendors
  • Perform physical stock checks in a warehouse or manufacturer setting
  • Supply materials on time to meet production schedules and deadlines
  • Check and examine the quality of materials before arranging dispatches through supply chains
  • Execute supply chain assistant functions to move products from suppliers to the endpoint
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues relating to the supply of products
  • Reconcile physically all supply chain products with that of POs and supply documents
  • Prepare sales orders and documentation of products to be supplied to the endpoint
  • Document all materials and return records to troubleshoot quality issues


The Cubex Supply Chain Assistant participates in coordinating the Q&A and dispatch of all hardware and software solutions for all end-point customers. The primary scope of responsibility includes but is not limited to, ensuring visibility to all product availability, reconciliation of all outbound and inbound shipping documentation, filing and tracking all logistics documentation, and quality assurance of all warehouse processes.


The ideal candidate is a positive self-starter with the desire and aptitude to exceed customer expectations at every opportunity. They have working experience with data input and analysis, quality assurance, project management skills, the ability to assess needs and offer solutions, flexibility, teamwork, and problem-solving are essential to succeeding in this role. Candidates should enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. This is a site-based position, reporting to our Phoenix warehouse, Monday-Friday.


Requirements:

  • Skilled at tracking tasks, defining next steps, and identifying owners
  • Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and independent project management skills
  • Effective problem-solver that can adapt to a changing environment and style based
  • Working knowledge of software and hardware systems and ability to articulate technology to non-technical users (Required)

  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Demonstratable knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Sales Force CRM and Netsuite ERP knowledge a plus
  • Demonstratable ability to conduct Microsoft Teams and/or Zoom meetings
  • Data interpretation, manipulation, and management in Excel a plus

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Quality Systems, and or related business processes and systems is helpful and preferred.

  • Ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience:
  • Warehouse and/or logistics industry experience, a minimum of 1 year preferred

  • $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 DOE
