• Contract Duration: 12 months

Supply Chain Analyst :

The Supply Chain Analyst will manage the global supply of critical raw materials. They will work with suppliers, and the global planning team to optimize the supply of critical raw material items. In addition, they will provide process support to division Sales and Operations Planning Processes and create demand plans.

What you’ll do as a Supply Chain Analyst:

• Implement process improvements with 3rd party invoice audit providers that increase on-time invoice payment percentage, lights out invoice processing percentage, and productivity levels
• Work with suppliers and Accounts Payable to review past due carrier invoices to identify root causes and corrections to ensure payment
• Collaborate with suppliers and Accounts Payable to resolve aging invoices
• Support monthly freight P&L reporting through monitoring of key metrics and engagement with Finance to ensure freight costs are accrued promptly and accurately
• Review technical fixes and customization needs with the IT team
• Determine, in conjunction with the TTS Freight Settlement organization, that SAP TM is executing in accordance with the global design and identify technical enhancements which will drive improvements in accuracy and productivity
• Support USAC Freight Settlement Team through the following activities
• Lead supplier invoice compliance efforts through training sessions and invoice scorecard reviews
• Communicate with GSC and 3rd party provider on rate-related details
• Driver error resolution and reduction by identifying reoccurring process issues

What you’ll bring to the Supply Chain Analyst role:

• Freight audit and payment and/or supply chain experience
• Associate’s degree or higher
