The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible to ensure that Supply Chain operations, including commercial product Distribution and Warehousing, are performed according to AAA/Novartis Procedures and in compliance with GxP and other applicable regulatory standards. Provide support to Supply Chain Department for day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain function for commercial products. The Supply Chain Analyst is also responsible for driving and managing compliance activities on behalf of the Supply Chain Team and identifying the need for process improvements while embedding quality and compliance within Supply Chain operations.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Ensures compliance within Supply Chain operations as per AAA Procedures, GxP regulation and AAA product requirements. Main point of contact for QA requests and Supply Chain investigations or impact assessments. Make decisions with QA based on investigation and assessment outcomes.
  • Oversight of Supply Chain data trending and KPIs reporting
  • Lead and manage process improvements to achieve operational excellence and fluidity throughout end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
  • Point of contact between Supply Chain and Quality Assurance. Responsible for providing appropriate Supply Chain representation of Quality and Compliance matters; including resource allocation to quality events, impact assessment on site change controls and review/approval of Quality documentation (deviations, CAPAs, risk assessments, Change Controls, supplier complaints, escalation/FARs, APR).
  • Support adherence to local and Global Supply Chain procedures. Support and drive change activities/projects to ensure compliance with such procedures are met. Perform gap assessments and/or risk assessments as needed.
  • Document meetings for the Supply Chain team to assist the department in completing requested actions.
  • Responsible for development and creation of SOPs, investigation forms, agreements, and product quality reviews.
  • Supply Chain SME for technical product and supplier complaint investigations, support cGMP documentation of complaints/ product failure reports for all products. Ensure proper root cause investigation conducted, perform risk assessment, and propose and implement relevant CAPAs.
  • Provide project management, with ability to independently lead small-medium sized projects, and tracking of ongoing investigations.
  • Support the Supply Chain Team with preparation for internal and external audits/ site inspections and facilitate actions to support the requests made by Regulatory agencies when applicable.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $66,000 and $99,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelors' degree in related field, supply chain management, quality, engineering or related training.
Language: Fluent English
Experience:
  • Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices and Data Integrity principles
  • Ability to work independently / self-starter
  • Demonstrates strong personal ethics and responsibility to purpose
  • 1 year experience with quality management systems preferred.
  • 1+ years’ experience in a similar role in cGMP within the pharmaceutical industry required.
  • Knowledge of nuclear medicine industry is preferable
  • Knowledge and experience working in ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) – experience corresponding with external vendors or business partners in a professional setting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the following software: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Adobe, Share Point. Experience with data analytics software such as Minitab or Power BI is preferable.
