Job Description

As a Supply Chain Analyst you will drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste, problem solve and design solutions for Amazon's network, and maintain/update internal documentation for internal training and reference. Specifically, this role will be transactional around inventory management work, fixing transaction errors. Daily responsibilities may include tracking tickets, tickets generated by system because a transaction was done incorrectly or system failure, monitoring tickets, researching what happened and working to resolve it, etc.


Basic Qualifications

  • Previous ERP System experience (SAP or Oracle preferred)
  • Conceptual understanding of systems, and configuration management
  • Analyst work background, or focus in higher education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline
  • Strong Math, Logical, Problem Solving skills
  • Strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel
