The Supplier Quality Data Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining and continuously improving the global supplier quality data and KPI landscape. They are interacting with global, regional and local QARA and Procurement organizations to align, establish and monitor supplier quality data. In addition, they are working on implementing and maintaining relevant IT systems.

Job Duties

  • Development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the global supplier quality data structure and KPIs

  • Drives the global, regional and local implementation and training of SQ KPIs and Metrics

  • Supports the development of the Future State of above KPIs

  • Aligns KPIs with global Procurement and QARA organization

  • Supports Procurement in the development of the global Procurement KPIs

  • Manages the relationship with IT as it relates to the above KPIs and needed local, regional and global IT systems

  • Supports local data experts as SME

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related technical degree

  • Minimum of 6-8 years in Supplier Quality

  • Minimum of 6 years in process management position in a medical device company

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in project management

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of time domestically and internationally


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to manage QARA internal relationships.

  • Ability to develop and manage the global supplier quality processes.

  • Ability to work well with interface partners, e.g. Procurement.

  • Ability to drive global continues process improvement.

  • Works well with different cultures.

  • Works well dealing with multiple functions.

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage complexity, analytical, intercultural skills

  • Strong process management capability, office 365, object oriented process management software
