Supervisor, Pharmacy Services

Full-Time

Evening Shift - 7on 7 off schedule with shift differential

The position is 60% clinical, 40% operational.

The Supervisor of Pharmacy Services oversees the daily operations of the assigned pharmacy area/services. Supervises all levels of assigned personnel, and assists in developing and implementing specific goals and objectives as they pertain to his/her area of supervision. Is also responsible for the assessment of patients including development, evaluation, and modification of the plan of care. This person interprets and performs complex patient care procedures specific to their area of expertise.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate from accredited school of Pharmacy required.

Licensure: Current Maryland License or eligible for licensure in the State of Maryland required.

Work Experience: At least two years working experience in an institutional setting required.

Preferred: Hospital experience, ability to manage technicians, pharmacy staffing experience, knowledge of Pyxis and EPIC
