Job Description
As the Quality Supervisor for the electrostatic painting process, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality standards of our painted products. You will supervise and coordinate the activities of the quality assurance team, while collaborating closely with production managers & Supervisor, engineers, and work closely with the customer
Responsibilities include but not limited to
1 Monitor and manage all aspects of the electrostatic painting process, paint application, and inspection, to ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations.
2 Quality Assurance Management: Develop and implement quality assurance procedures, standards, and inspection, Train, mentor, and supervise quality assurance personnel, ensuring proper execution of inspection tasks and timely reporting of non-conformances.
3 Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate the electrostatic painting process to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with production managers, engineers, and other relevant stakeholders to implement process enhancements, optimize efficiency, and minimize defects.
Quality Control: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to the electrostatic painting process performance, defect rates, and quality metrics. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, trends, and improvement recommendations for management review.
Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers and related materials vendors to meets buissness objectives
Demonstrated understanding of quality management systems, standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.),
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and communication abilities to effectively supervise and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
