Overview


Supervisor, Healthy Families Program


VNA Health Group is a premiere Medicare/Medicaid-certified provider of home health , hospice , and community-based services. We’ve been serving families and individuals with the most advanced and comprehensive clinical home care in NJ since 1912.


We are currently looking for a Supervisor, Healthy Families Program to join our team. The position would be responsible


for providing supervision and management of the Healthy Families Program in accordance with the program guidelines.


Responsibilities


Principal Responsibilities:


  • Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers
  • Develops Healthy Families program policies in accordance with PCANJ guidelines
  • Implements the Healthy Families Program in accordance with the program guidelines
  • Supervises staff in conjunction with the organizations managerial and leadership practices
  • Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance
  • Monitor caseload capacity, staff retention, participant retention, and other quality indicators of program
  • Prepares and submits Healthy Families reports to requesting agencies and funders


Qualifications


Job Competencies & Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bilingual in Spanish may be required in certain locations
  • Experience working with maternal child population
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Child and Family Development, or other related field
  • Strong computer skills
  • 2+ years of prior management experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel
