Overview
- Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers
- Develops Healthy Families program policies in accordance with PCANJ guidelines
- Implements the Healthy Families Program in accordance with the program guidelines
- Supervises staff in conjunction with the organizations managerial and leadership practices
- Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance
- Monitor caseload capacity, staff retention, participant retention, and other quality indicators of program
- Prepares and submits Healthy Families reports to requesting agencies and funders
- Bilingual in Spanish may be required in certain locations
- Experience working with maternal child population
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Child and Family Development, or other related field
- Strong computer skills
- 2+ years of prior management experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel
