Who You Are….

As a superintendent, you enjoy working outdoors, staying active and applying yourself to hands-on projects. You can present and promote yourself and the company in a professional and competent manner. A superintendent will be able to communicate, understand and follow directions as required, have the necessary tools for the position and maintain company tools/equipment as appropriate, follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety protocols, leave of absence and time reporting.

Some of the important things you will do…

• With the assistance of the project manager and general superintendent, review and utilize project cost reports to track project performance and to ensure profitable and well-managed projects.
• Work on commercial, industrial, residential, and high-rise projects on small and large buildings.
• Perform on-site layout and coordination with other trades to align and establish the location and continuation of the work.
• Be responsible for the supervision of crew(s) during the workday and for procuring materials and services as needed for planned activities without interfering with crew supervision.
• Establish a professional rapport with the General Contractor Superintendent/Project Manager and act as the on-site company representative and in weekly progress meetings.
• Have the opportunity to utilize the latest technology in the construction industry.

Must haves….

• Communicate in English.
• Industry experience as superintendent or relevant education.
• Ability to lead and clearly communicate expectations.

It’s a plus...

• ProCore experience.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Total station experience.
• Industry experience and degree in construction trades/sciences.
