Summer Seasonal Counselors (Summer 2023)

Responsible for supervising a group of children;planning activities, such as games, tournaments, special events, arts and crafts. Responsible for the safety of a group of children.

Organizes and supervises games, sports, individual and group activities, arts and crafts, and special activities;
Teaches fair play and sportsmanship; administers first aid; promotes safety.

• Must have High School Diploma/GED. At least one (1) year of college preferred.
• Must have experience working with children/teens.
• Basic knowledge of recreational activities.

Work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as camp sites (schools, Gyms), field trip venues, outdoor areas and buses, e.g., use of safe work place practices with equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, and observance of fire and building safety regulations.
