Summer Law Intern Jobs

: We are currently seeking 1-2 motivated and dedicated Summer Law Interns to join our esteemed legal team. As a Summer Law Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to our legal operations. This internship will focus on various aspects of our business, including franchise operations, real estate development, high-yield CRE lending, prop-tech venture capital, and legal matters related to emerging growth markets in SE Asia and Africa. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain insight into the legal field within a dynamic family office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of legal reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Assist with legal research and analysis on a wide range of topics relevant to our business operations.
• Collaborate with team members on legal projects and provide administrative support as needed.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements under the guidance of senior attorneys.
• Support the legal team in due diligence processes for various projects.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic record and a keen interest in corporate law, real estate, and emerging markets.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time-sensitive assignments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional research and analytical skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
