Suite Attendant (Part-Time) Jobs

Role Summary: During events, the Suite Attendant provides food & beverage service as well as overall hospitality to guests in Suites. This individual also assists with general and event-related questions while exhibiting a warm, friendly and professional demeanor to build relationships that will enhance the guest experience. Specific Functions/Activities Summary:

• Take accurate food and beverage orders, set up product upon delivery and prepare beverages as requested.
• Knowledge and execution utilizing suite POS technology
• Handle credit card and suite billing transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and all billing instructions have been followed.
• Set up assigned suites prior to event, maintain cleanliness of space during event, and clean up suites at event conclusion; report any maintenance issues in a timely fashion.
• Maintain presence in suite during event and address any guest questions or concerns, escalating to Supervisor as needed.
• Suite Attendants may also be assigned to work in Catering.
• Ensure all disposables, beverages and F&B service equipment are up to par/functional both pre and post-event.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to listen, understand and communicate effectively and to follow written instructions with precision.
• Must take and pass TAM (Techniques of Alcohol Management) Nevada training class and adhere to TEAM training guidelines.
• Extensive Food & Beverage product knowledge.
• Previous Food & Beverage experience in a front of house role within a high-end restaurant, hotel or arena/stadium Suites environment.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
• Passion for guest service and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using POS system.
• Knowledge of Southern Nevada Health Food regulations and proper food handling certifications.
