The Healthline Media team is seeking a Copy Editor to join us in creating excellent health content that educates, inspires, and connects with people on their journey to health and wellness.
The successful candidate will be a key member of the content production team. They will work closely with our expert teams of medical professionals and editors to publish informational articles related to a wide range of medical conditions.
Copy Editors May Work On Health Information And Commerce Content Under The Following Brands

This is a full-time position with the option of working from the Brighton office or remotely within the UK.
We are ideally looking for someone with editorial experience and we are excited to hear from seasoned editors and talented graduates who are passionate about grammar and have excellent attention to detail.
What You’ll Do

• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual production goals
• Update and maintain process documentation and style guides
• Collaborate with medical reviewers, SEO teams, and editors to bring content to life
• Copyedit high quality health information articles and review sources for medical accuracy, clarity, style, grammar, and inclusivity using in-house style guides
• Perform quality control checks on published content

What We’re Looking For

• A firm understanding of AP style and ability to grasp voice, style, and tone across different brands
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Experience with WordPress (or a similar CMS) and Google Suite
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• An understanding of SEO best practices
• Ability to copyedit with an accessible, empathetic, and authoritative voice and tone
• At least 1 year of editorial experience or a similar relevant background
• Excellent time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Research skills: ability to interpret and translate research studies for a lay audience

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company.

• Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
• Compensation: £25,200.00 - £38,000.00
