Job Description
MHTN is seeking a part-time multitalented Studio Assistant to perform tasks essential to the daily operations of the MHTN Studio including tasks related to The Lab, aka MHTN's makerspace. The ideal candidate will enjoy the variety of skills needed to excel in the role. No one day is like another! This role will have the opportunity to work with all teams within MHTN and will gain firsthand knowledge of a company committed to Empowerment and Teamwork.


Responsibilities of the Studio Assistant include setting up and arranging studio spaces in preparation for training, client meetings, and other events as needed. Scheduling fleet vehicle maintenance and driving vehicles to appointments. Collating, and distributing mail and packages. Tracking inventory of office supplies and ordering new supplies. Keeping everyone well fed by tracking and ordering an inventory of complimentary food and beverage items for the café. Occasional shopping or off-site food pick up will be required. This position provides light studio maintenance related to MHTN’s Silver WELL Certification including, maintaining the studio’s recycling, and composting program, performing water quality checks, and laundering blankets for thermal comfort.


This position also plays a role in supporting the operations and inventory of The Lab which has the capacity for 3D model making, wood working, and laser printing. This is a great opportunity to share established skills and learn new ones in an encouraging and forward-thinking environment.


This position provides back-up support to the Receptionist position and aids the Marketing Department in the preparation of marketing materials, when needed. In short, this position has a hand in all areas of the firm and should be flexible in taking on other duties as assigned.

  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication
  • Outstanding organization, time-management and prioritization skills
  • Punctuality and flexibility
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred
  • Familiarity with basic power tools preferred
  • Driver’s license and comfort driving MHTN fleet vehicles required
  • Teamwork
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


This position is an hourly, overtime non-exempt position. This position starts at $20-$23. Higher pay is dependent on experience and qualifications as outlined in this posting. Please do not apply if this is not the starting payment you are seeking.
