Job Description
CoSolutions is seeking a Student Services / Registrar / Training Administrative Coordinator to assist our Navy customer in providing top-notch, high quality training administrative support to the prestigious Naval Post Graduate School in Monterey, CA. This is a remote position with the understanding that work hours and schedule will need to accommodate our customer on the West Coast (local Pacific Standard Time (PST).


Responsibilities


  • At remote training sites.
  • Provides enrollment support to agency, service component training coordinators, and other customers as needed.
  • Manages training resources (inventory), course offerings, and classroom space allocation and availability in concert, when necessary, with schedulers
  • Provides introductory briefings on agency operations.
  • Collects and manages completed class rosters and student and instructor evaluations and provides progression report updates.
  • Maintains online and DVD course materials, agency training and command calendar, agency leadership smart books, and personnel and recall rosters.
  • Tracks student enrollment and registration, maintains training records on the learning management system (LMS).
  • Accurately input course descriptions and iterations into the LMS and notifies or updates instructors, students, and agency managers as needed.
  • Prints completion certificates.


Minimum Required Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelors degree in education, psychology, political science, strategic studies, history, cultural studies, or other related scientific or technical discipline
  • Clearance: None Required.
  • Certifications: None Required.
  • Experience: Four (4) years of relevant experience supporting educational, administrative, and instructional environments


Physical Requirements


  • Ability to walk to various locations as needed.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to bend and navigate to perform assigned duties.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift light to moderate equipment as needed for job.
