•Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills."

Preferred Skills"•Human services experience, especially workforce development

•Experience in digital system requirement and design efforts "

Responsibilities"•Conduct national best practice research, distill findings, and develop new ideas

•Demonstrate an understanding of how business processes affect and interact with technical system processes

•Conduct business process assessments and redesign. Develop “as is” and “future state” process maps.

•Help determine and define organizational and operational needs to shape strategic project goals

•Conduct on-going reviews and data analysis on system functions and requirements to provide insightful recommendations to meet client business needs.

•Effectively communicate insights, analyses, and recommendations to cross-functional team members, project staff and management, and clients, implementing appropriate communication strategies based on audience.

•Author internal and external communication materials, including Power Point presentations, technical writing scripts, business requirements, functional requirements, design documentation and emails.

•Participate in stakeholder meetings to provide insight and guidance on system functions and requirements.

•Gather critical information from stakeholder meetings and produce useful reports.

•Develop regular and as-needed deliverables, such as weekly/monthly status reports and follow-up meeting materials, ensuring the timely completion of tasks."
