Job Description

As a Retail Store Manager (men's/women's accessories) you would be expected to lead in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include assisting all customers in an engaging and professional manner while also creating a fun shopping experience, training and managing the sales staff, and maintaining the visual presentation of the store. In addition, the Store Manager will have a vital role in planning, communicating, and executing the needs of the store, such as inventory/ product needs, marketing, event coordination, training materials, etc.
