Your Role and Responsibilities

• Resiliency and data protection protocols will be established and maintained for a variety of Dell/EMC and NetApp vendor products in hybrid multicloud and private cloud environments utilizing Cloud paks and containerization technologies.
• Storage specialists may troubleshoot and restore complex storage problems across the enterprise related to replication strategies and storage strategies across wide area networks, recover data when required, and provide recommendations on storage upgrades and supports project integration as required.
• Infrastructure Specialists for storage management install, operate and maintain network and storage appliances, install patches and perform system updates, manage storage allocation, space, and replication strategies, and analyze and resolve problems related to storage systems and network storage solutions.

If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $107,600 to $258,240 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proficiency in the area of EMC /Dell and Net App Storage Arrays (PowerStore, Powerscale, CTA (cloud tiering app). The candidate will provide 24 x 7 project support for the client.
• Individual will provide support for the management and security of Network Attached Storage (NAS) file systems. Individual must possess an in-depth knowledge of multiple OEM HW and versions of their OS, be able to resolve complex issues, and have experience in data center relocations.
• Provide support of the infrastructure by performing administrative functions of the Arrays to include vendor supported tools, support of Kyndryl standard tools and maintain Arrays in accordance with customer agreed upon security settings.
