• Pick up and disposal of trash, cardboard, in all food and beverage areas including the colleague cafeteria
• Proper care and maintenance of all equipment in racking, stacking, and storage to avoid breakage
• Consistently offer friendly and engaging service
• Complete washing and sanitizing of all china, glassware, and silver pieces according to sanitation standards
• Daily cleaning of floors, walls, stainless steel, dish machines and other kitchen equipment, including the colleague cafeteria
• Stocking the kitchen with adequate supplies, chinaware, plate covers and anything necessary for food preparation and storing
• Preparing kitchen and ensuring all dishes, cooking supplies, and silverware are available for the next shift
