Sterilization Technician Jobs

Effectively executes the dental office infection control plan to meet OSHA,CDC guidelines.

Essential Job Functions:

• Work collaboratively with dental team to provide the highest quality of patient care
• Provide exceptional customer service to all smilebuilderz patients, employees and business partners.
• Report repairs and instrument needs
• Sterilizing and cleaning of all instruments and equipment

Other Functions:

• Upkeep of sterilization equipment and instruments
• Ability to facilitate change as directed
• Team focused
• Organized
• Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by the clinic manager
• Effectively breakdown and set up treatment rooms
• Ability to multitask

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Skill in using equipment necessary to sterilize instruments

Machines/Tools/Equipment:

• Necessary instruments and equipment required for dentistry
• Basic office equipment

Working Conditions:

• Required to stand for extended periods of time
• Primarily a controlled office environment with regular exposure to clinical situations
• 12 hour shifts
