Job Summary
Attract and retain customers by delivering an exceptional patient experience, fostering patient retention, and promoting outstanding doctor satisfaction. Ensure a quality patient experience through correct pricing, point of sale entry, and patient education for the use and care of products. Assist patients in selecting eyeglass frames, lenses, contacts, and accessories. Suggests improvements and recommends solutions. Responsible for ensuring the patient receives orders completed and approved by the physician. Take accurate measurements with patients to ensure precision order. Prepare work order for lab ensuring all pertinent information is listed. Process insurance claims and prepare reconciliation. Assist with ensuring the shop is effectively merchandised, priced, stocked, inventoried, cleaned, and presented according to UK standards. May be required to perform other administrative duties as assigned. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and their features.

Ability to learn electronic medical record, ophthalmic diagnostics.
