Job Description
Mode of interview: Webcam Interview
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
We are not offering any sponsorship or Visa for this role. This position is eligible for candidates who are authorized to work in US
Candidates must have minimum 2 years of relevant experience of the following;
  • Ability to effectively engage with communities and/or their leaders to better understand the populations within the community.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate members of a team effectively and produce outcomes.
  • Indiana (or other US State) driver's license required.
  • Know how to conduct research and use that for implementation plans.
  • Extensive knowledge of record management, problem identification/solving methods, consultation methods, ability to apply these to HIV/STD prevention.
  • BS or BA Degree fm 4-yr. university, pref. in public health or social sciences or 6 years exp. in public health or health care related field accepted
  • Ability to work with culturally diverse populations in a non-judgmental environment.
  • Extensive knowledge on health inequities and social determinants of health.
  • Extensive knowledge of & ability to interpret federal, state & locals laws/regs. pertaining to HIV & STD infections & surveillance activities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite-Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom and WebEx.
