Job Description
Overview


The Staffing Coordinator is a vital position to ensure that our clients receive the services


that they need. The Staffing Coordinator provides superior customer service to every


individual/organization that the office interfaces with each day.


Responsibilities


  • Serve as the subject matter expert for all staffing functions, including


recruitment/retention, hiring, client matching, quality service, and complete care


according to authorizations.


  • Assist applicants with the employment application and related paperwork to submit

  • Accept all referrals to the assigned office, denials must be approved by both the


Branch Manager and Regional Clinical Director. If the agency is considering


discharging a current client on service, this must be approved by the Branch


Manager and the Regional Clinical Director.

Qualifications


  • Proven communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both internally and externally
  • Two years college or equivalent experience with a related field.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to work in a face paced environment: adaptable, flexible, and able


to maintain and ensure complete care to our clients during change.
