Role: Staff Mechanical Engineer
Duration: 06 Months
Job Location: San Diego, CA
Must Haves
Experience with 3D CAD and Solidworks. Need to have a good amount of exposure.
Experience with verification and validation activities, tolerance stack up analysis, Root cause analysis.
Exposure and experience with engineering change order processes. (Either through previous med device industry or other industry)
Other Skills
PMP certification is a plus. Not mandatory.
Candidates should not be from a start-up environment.
Should be coming from a medical device industry or at least a regulated industry.
Should be able to write reports. Need to have strong written & verbal communication.
Experience with writing protocols and reports.
Need to have experience working with cross functional teams.
Medical device industry is not mandatory but needs to be from a regulated background.
Education & Experience
At least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering or a related degree. Advanced degree is also considered.
At least 06+ years of related experience is required. 10+ years experience is preferred.
