Staff Accountant - North Atlanta - Suwanee

We are looking for an experienced Staff Accountant to join our team at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and analytical in their approach to accounting.

Reporting directly to our Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements. You will also perform general accounting duties, including maintaining the general ledger, reconciling accounts, and coding invoices.

Other responsibilities will include reconciling bank accounts, addressing inquiries from banks, and coordinating with software vendors to maintain accounting software systems. You will be expected to keep up-to-date with acceptable accounting practices and procedures and make recommendations to enhance our accounting software.

The successful candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field and have at least three years of experience in accounting. Proficiency in MS Excel is a must, as is experience with financial ERP systems such as Oracle, Hyperion, or Business Intelligence. Experience in consolidation, multicurrency reporting, fixed assets, sales/used tax, and intercompany processes is a plus.

The position comes with a base salary of 70k-80k, plus a bonus and excellent benefits. This is an onsite position at our manufacturing facility.
