- Assists in collection of all A/R; rebilling and phone contact as necessary.
- Assists with financial report preparation bi-monthly.
- Books revenue at the end of each month.
- Prepares copies of invoices for funding sources and mail or forward as required.
- Maintain contract control sheets to track and record any program changes or funding changes for clients.
- Assists with annual financial audits and provide information needed by auditors.
- Maintains documentation that is accurate and legible.
- Assists employees with questions, problems, etc.
- Provides support with month-end processing, including journal entries, and reports.
- Previous accounting experience preferred.
- MBA or CPA a plus.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and physical.
- Minimum age of 21 depending on program and / or department requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience).
- Must meet and maintain background screening requirements for all Damar Programs as detailed in policy 1.HR.02 Pre-Employment and Employee Background Checks.
