We are a values-first organization, placing commitment, passion, joy, authenticity, and excellence at the center of everything we do across our 11 sites.

You'll know Staff Accountant is the right fit for you if…

  • You have experience acting as a liaison between software vendors and the organization, staying abreast of changes, and integrating changes within the organization
  • You are an excellent communicator, able to explain to non-finance staff across the organization how and why the system is set up and the proper way to enter data, ensuring a high level of compliance and few errors
  • You are excited to work collaboratively with your colleagues in person Tues-Thurs with the flexibility to work remotely on Mon & Fri.
  • You understand payroll laws and regulations. Experience setting up payroll in a new geography is a plus
  • You have managed 401K/403B plan administration and can not just execute tasks as given, but understand the why in order to identify opportunities for improvement
  • You have run (not just processed) payroll for organizations with 200-500 employees across multiple states

As a passionate member of College Track's team, you would be provided access to extensive benefits centered around three core areas of wellness: health care, work-life balance, and financial security.
