Job Description
Vaco client is seeking an Accountant who reports to the controller to perform general accounting processes with regards to financial reporting standards.
Accountant - Manville, NJ
$65,000-$70,000/yr
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with credit and collections.
  • Maintain accounting policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for the financial statement preparation
  • Maintain and review account reconciliations.
  • Calculate variances from the budget
  • Provide financial analyses
  • Oversee the accounting operations of subsidiaries
Education/Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years' experience in accounting or finance
  • Solid understanding of GAAP (5+ years)
  • Knowledge of a major ERP system
  • BA/BS in Accounting or Finance is a must
