Job Description

Our client is looking for a Sr. UC Engineer to join their team.


This individual will be primarily responsible for analysis, design, implementation, automation, testing, and maintenance of Interactive Voice Response (IVR)/Omni channel Self-service;

Contact Center solutions; applications (CCaas).


A successful candidate will have the following:

· 5+ years of VOIP telephony experience.

· 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Cloud based Contact Center technologies (CCaaS), specifically Nice CXone; with expertise in Studio, WFM, QM, Reporting.

· Expert level knowledge of Voice and Contact Center technologies (IVR/ACD/Omni channel/VoIP/PSTN/SIP/CTI/Call Recording/Reporting)

· Knowledge of CXONE scripting, Python, Postman, Rest, APIs, and Access tokens.

· Additional experience with SQL, SOAP/Rest API integration; Database integrations preferred.

· Understanding of IVR scripting, basic IFTT programming knowledge; (Python, Powershell, Javascript).
