As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in this challenging journey, driving the implementation of AI/ML-enabled personalized search experiences for our customers.

What You Will Do

• Incorporate AI/ML technologies to deliver personalized search results, improving user engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in search technology and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
• Ensure the search platform meets scalability, security, and reliability standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the modernization of our search platform.
• Utilize your expert knowledge in Solr to build and optimize high-performance search solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement industry-leading search experiences to enhance customer satisfaction.

What We Look For

• Hands-on experience with Apache Beam/Spark, showcasing a deep understanding of data processing frameworks.
• A strong advocate of clean code
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Expert knowledge in Solr and hands-on experience with MACH architecture.
• Typically requires 7 to 10 years of experience with a strong focus on search technologies
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their application in search optimization is a plus.
• Passion for delivering top-notch search experiences and driving innovation in the field.
• Highly proficient in Java with a proven track record of developing efficient and high-performance REST APIs and Search components.
