Partnering With Other Engineering Teams, You Will Be Working To Optimize And Automate Our Tools For Best Possible Results, And Enable Productivity In Support Of Business Objectives By
In this position you will be an integral part of an Engineering team supporting Workstream Collaboration tools focused on enabling consistent workstream collaboration capabilities across the Enterprise such as Slack and Confluence. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative technology that will be highly visible to the Enterprise.
  • Creating patterns of automation maintenance, monitoring, security and compliance using industry and enterprise best practices
  • Experimenting with innovative technologies to find new ways of solving problems
  • Continuously improving patterns and workflow by collecting and responding to feedback and key metrics
  • Partnering with other teams on emerging best practices, patterns and technology
  • Looking to automate/improve current processes
  • Triaging multi intake streams of requests and work to be able to make decisions and complete the requests in a timely manner for users
  • Working with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and improve sustainability
Required Skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies/DevOps environment
  • Ability to solve ambiguous problems with little to no direction
  • Software development background, experience with at least one scripting language
  • Ability to solve technical issues and enable/teach peers to be self sufficient.
  • Proactively learn emerging platforms and related technology
  • 2-5 years of professional IT experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Solid understanding of the AWS stack
  • Ability to articulate opinions to team members and share ideas
  • Production support experience
  • Experience with Workstream Collaboration concepts and tools (i.e. Confluence, Slack)
Preferred
  • DevOps Practitioner experience
  • Experience with access controls including use of permission scopes to grant/restrict usage of API endpoints
  • Experience with integrations involving token and oauth-based authentication
  • Experience with infrastructure automation tools or coding/scripting (i.e. Ansible, Terraform, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell)
  • Experience managing infrastructure and deploying applications in a microservices architecture
  • Experience with SCIM provisioning between Active Directory and vendor tools
Compensation Range
Pay Range - Start:
$89,040.00
Pay Range - End
$127,200.00
