Job Description

The Sr. Digital Media Designer is responsible for a wide variety of design and content deliverables, shaping visual aspects of both digital and print media. The employee holding this position should be experienced in delivering creative ideas and following through to content creation and distribution.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a catalog of sales tool content and collateral.
  • Support the marketing & sales teams through the design and production of both strategic promotional campaigns and ad hoc sales tools, including product images, design renderings and process solutions.
  • Assist in the development, organization, and administration of the creative assets library.
  • Integrate advanced AI media creation tools into the production of visual media assets.
  • Translate marketing needs and objectives into creative concepts and project proposals.
  • Develop standardized style guides, procedures, templates, and forms.
  • Assist in Education Program webinar program development and deployment using the Prezi platform.
  • Develop a video media strategy to achieve an enhanced virtual experience of our tile products.
  • Assist in the production of 3D prototypes for production tool and new product development.
  • Coordinate project deliverables and timelines to ensure execution meets project plan objectives, target dates and company expectations.
  • Direct the user experience design initiatives for web, social media, email marketing and other interactive media.
  • Leverage leading edge visualization technologies to enhance engagement and learning.
  • Execute graphic design, illustration, layout, printing, production, and photo and video editing tasks and deliverables for a variety of stakeholders, platforms and applications.
  • Provide general office administrative support when necessary.
  • Memorialize best practices and workflows for all graphic design processes.


Qualifications

  • Ability to multi-task, work effectively on a team, and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, interior design, or digital media design
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp design software
  • Minimum 3 – 5years relevant work experience with demonstrated understanding and experience of marketing concepts and design principles
