Our client, a prominent healthcare organization, is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join their team as the Sr. Operations Director. This key role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity, and managing a team of staff.


The Sr. Operations Director will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational functioning, driving excellence, and delivering high-quality results within specified timelines. This person will develop and implement strategic goals and processes to streamline operations for the company.

Focus:

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation throughout operational processes.
  • Anticipate and proactively respond to operational demands and potential hurdles, ensuring the organization is well-positioned for accelerated business expansion.
  • Implement and oversee an effective KPI dashboard for regular monitoring and reporting of key metrics.
  • Establish and track the regional pro forma on a consistent basis.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of clinical services and supplies, with a strong emphasis on precise execution.
  • Enhance and optimize existing operational processes and controls, generating detailed reports for each step.
  • Oversee regional revenue and cost accounting, collaborating with the national revenue cycle management team to ensure accuracy.
  • Foster a strong and fair culture while building a cohesive team.


Skill Set:

  • Previous involvement in entrepreneurial ventures, showcasing a track record of taking initiative and driving successful outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s or above in business administration, healthcare administration, or relevant field preferred.
  • Ability to develop protocols with the flexibility to manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills including the ability to influence, motivate, and direct others.
  • Demonstrated experience driving complex operational processes and implementing effective methodologies and frameworks.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
  • Strong operational acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • In-depth understanding of clinical care delivery practices with a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience as a healthcare provider is a strong plus.
  • Must have outstanding organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations management.
  • Proven ability to establish and nurture a culture of excellence.
