Summary


The Senior Analyst, Paid Social/Display role is responsible for developing brand-elevating and customer-relevant marketing strategies to enhance the digital return on investment, increase traffic and grow customership. This individual is tasked with driving innovation and efficiency via paid social and display advertising.


Responsibilities


  • Handle budget projections, planning, forecasts and invoice management
  • Be accountable for a team & agency responsible for strategy and day to day management of paid social & display.
  • Be a liaison between brand teams and our agency teams to meet both short and long term objectives.
  • Triangulate and translate business objectives into tangible prioritized channel recommendations and provide insight and analysis back to the business (on a weekly, monthly, quarterly cadence) on what’s working and what we should change moving forward.
  • Apply paid social/display to increase sales & drive customer mix for the brand.
  • Partner with team on test/learn agenda by staying current on industry trends and bring forth new/innovative ways to propel the business forward all while keeping teams abreast of strategic implications from changes we make.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including analytics and finance partners to strategize, read and react to drive the business.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Deep familiarity with the digital environment/media buying process and possess 4+ years of performance media experience including deep knowledge around social & display platforms (including analytics platforms)
  • Teammate with the ability to navigate an organization, influence partners and build consensus with internal and external partners
  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising or similar field
  • Innovative mentality with intellectual curiosity
  • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining complex topics
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to take big data and derive takeaways/actionable insights
  • Track record of success in providing analysis, strategic direction, and specific business recommendations to senior management on critical decisions
  • Retail experience highly desirable
