The Sr. Manager of Communications & Change Management is responsible for creating meaningful written content for Executive leadership while driving organizational change management for prioritized initiatives across the department in addition to fostering employee engagement amongst its employees.

The Director of Communications and Change Management will also be focused on driving organizational change management across the department in addition to fostering employee engagement amongst its employees.

Your Day to Day:

3 focus areas – Communications, Organizational Change Management, Employee Engagement

• 10% Employee Engagement –
• Organize programming and logistics for the CIO leadership team, including preparing for and hosting events and meetings
• Drive out the successful adoption of prioritized initiatives by employees
• Partner closely with HR, Customer Experience, Training and other key work streams to develop strategies and tactics that support and promote an organizational culture that encourage high performance, high morale, integrity, trust and teamwork
• 15% Organizational Change Management –
• Drive and manage multiple proactive and reactive campaigns and opportunities through the organization.
• Execute effective and applicable messages, briefings and documents to a diverse audience on behalf of the CIO and other BITS Executive leaders
• Partner with stakeholders to develop, manage, and facilitate the Communications, Change Strategy, Plan and Training.
• Collaborate closely with Technology Communications to implement communication strategies ensuring all content is consistent with the direction of the BITS Organization and reflects the core values that contribute to PayPal culture
• 75% Communications –
• Responsible for BITS-wide communication of the initiative and developing training strategies and plans, so global users are ready and willing to adopt the solution upon deployment.
• Leverage various mediums of employee feedback to identify priority areas for the team

What You Need to Bring:

• Proficient in MS Office applications with a strong emphasis on Power Point
• Excellent oral and written communications skills; Previous experience interacting and working with Executive Leaders.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in organizational change management related to technology, software, or products, experience across the full organizational change lifecycle, proficiency in various change methodologies and approaches/tools
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Minimum of 3 years as a people leader
• Project Management experience with the ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals.
• Minimum 5-7 years in Communications and/or Marketing required
