Sr. Maintenance Technician Jobs

Nature's Sunshine is looking for the Best Sr. Maintenance Technician out there to become an Expert in working to ensure that Nature's Sunshine has quality equipment, to provide the highest quality products to our customers.

Hours: Day shift (variable start time TBD)

Performs The Following Types Of Duties

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, repairs, improves, and maintains production equipment
• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains plant and support equipment (air compressors, vacuum pumps, dust collectors, electrical systems)
• Other related duties as assigned
• Works closely with engineering/manufacturing with equipment installations and projects
• Develops, Implements and conducts Preventative and Predictive maintenance of equipment to maintain reliable levels of production.
• Has the ability to diagnose and repair at an expert level
• Performs lead worker and supervisory function as needed
• Senior Maintenance Technicians are expert of all factory equipment
• Assists in planning for parts and materials needed for installation and repair projects along with parts ordering and inventory

Qualifications

• Knowledge of purchasing procedures including CapEx projects
• Skill to diagnose, repair and maintain building, production, packaging, and support equipment
• Ability to work shift work and overtime
• 2 years of college or eight years of experience related to mechanical, electrical and technical aspects of the job
• Working knowledge of maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems, electrical systems, pneumatic systems, control systems, knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Time management skills
• Computer Skills including Solid Works, MS Suite, PLC programming and adjustments.
• Automation and Electrical Mechanical trouble shooting and installation experience.
