We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. LMS Administrator to join our Learning and Development team in San Diego, CA.

DUTEIS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports development of LMS objectives, related processes, content generation and loading, assignment and (v)ILT event creation, reporting and dashboards.
• May serve as a subject matter expert, training or communicating with the community of business users to maximize the utilization of system features to create and manage learning events, training modules, assessments and reports.
• Participates in establishing technical standards for the LMS, and other miscellaneous related services including implementations (e.g., vendor partners, content developers, APIs and more).
• Responsible for ensuring work is accomplished in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
• As a part of a team, responsible for the administration and maintenance of the company's learning system technology to deliver online training objects to internal and/or external customers.
• Maintains the integrity of training and SAP user profile records and related data integrations.
• Assists with data migrations, working with ITS, HRIS and outside vendors to test and troubleshoot systems issues, software release UAT/regression, etc.
• Additional Functions Other duties as assigned or required.

• Demonstrates a complete working knowledge and understanding of learning management solution principles, concepts, regulations and practices including interface requirements and data integrity protocols.
• Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field, and six or more years of progressive experience with a learning platform. Additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
