Senior Java Developer

Cognizant Digital practice is looking to hire a motivated and energetic developer with sound experience in Core Java + experience in Travel and Hospitality domain.

You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Cognizant will not sponsor H-1B or other U.S. work authorization for this role.

Location: Denver, CO

The annual salary for this position is between $ 85K– $125K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Development of RESTful Micro Services using Core Java, create technical design documents.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
• To support configuration of environments (set up projects in Git, set up automatic builds in Jenkins, create pipeline for deployment in cloud).
• To supporting code loads from QA to Prod, resolve performance issues, review code, and enhance code quality through various tools.
