Day-to-Day

A large media client of Insight Global is seeking a Java developer to join their team. This person will be joining a team of 4 developers that is comprised of 3 frontend developers and 1 other backend developer. This team deals with a user facing application (Translator Vod) involving all the media/video files that are dispersed to 3rd party vendors utilizing containerizations and microservice builds. Having 5 years of relevant Java experience with building code from scratch to deploy containerized data is a must in order to be successful in this role. Daily standups are currently at 2pm est but are subject to change due to a new Scrum. This is a 12-month FULLY REMOTE contract with annual renewals.
